Our payment processor accepts payment using Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal. If for any reason if the purchase didn't go through using your Credit or Debit card, then we recommend using the Paypal option to make the purchase.

For users that don't have a Paypal account, they can create a Paypal account or continue as a Guest while using Paypal and complete the checkout process.

Steps to switch the payment method to Paypal:

  1. After you have selected a subscription/s for your account/s, you can hit the checkout button, to continue to the payment processing page.

  2. Once on the payment processing page, you will be asked to select a payment method, if you already tried the credit card method and it failed, you can select the Paypal option the next time you try to make the purchase.

  3. Once you switch the payment method to PayPal, you will be asked to add an email address. Once you proceed, you will two choices.
    Note: PayPal will send you the purchase summary to the mentioned email.

    1. Continue as a Guest User, and do the checkout steps by simply adding the asked information.

    2. Create a new Paypal Account to continue with the checkout.

  4. Once the payment is processed, your account/s will be assigned with the subscription/s that you purchased.
